Commonly known as “the prettiest town in Canada”, Lunenburg has
recently been named one of the world’s few UNESCO World Heritage
Sites by the United Nations.
Settled in the mid 1750’s by Germans and Swiss immigrants, its
citizens still retain one of the most interesting accents in

Evangeline Trail & Wine
Tasting - Full Day:
Travel through the heart of the farm land of Nova Scotia, past
rolling hills and pleasant pastoral settings of the Annapolis
Valley. In the land of the Acadians, you will see the effects of
the world’s highest tides.
Continue on to Grand Pre National Historic Park where you will
learn of ‘Evangeline’ - Longfellow's tragic heroine, and the sad
plight of the Acadians, the first settlers of Nova Scotia.
