background which he has put to use during his 18+ years as owner
operator of Creative Convention Consultants and Alexander
Richardson Inc..
Prior to starting his own business, Glenn served as the National
Director of Logistics for Maritime Warehousing (Tippet
Richardson). Glenn brings a strong background in sales, labour,
accounting, organizational and operational experience to the
team.

Recently,
Glenn was responsible for developing and implementing the
logistical planning for Carlson Marketing Group and the Toyota
Canada Conference. This project included managing the direct
logistics from the auto-port to the conference floor, in
addition to leading a support staff over 40 drivers and fleet of
20 vehicles and 13 motor coaches.
During the five day event, over 650 delegates were transported
to and from the airport, the three conference hotels and three
concurrent meeting venues. An international delegation of VIPs
from Japan was also present, requiring some unique challenges
such as language translation and a custom tour to PEI in a
private jet.
